✅ Strong communication skills

✅ Comfortable working weekends (evening hours)

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop hands-on lab guides to support training sessions

🔹 Provide timely technical support & resolve learner queries (tickets)

🔹 Collaborate with the content team to enhance lab content
