Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented K12 Project Coordinator to manage educational content projects and coordinate with clients, internal teams, and freelancers/vendors. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, client-handling experience, and an understanding of K12 educational projects or e-learning workflows.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end K12 educational content projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure smooth communication.
- Handle client requirements, feedback, timelines, and project updates.
- Coordinate with SMEs, instructional designers, reviewers, and production teams.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Prepare project reports, trackers, and status updates.
- Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Support onboarding and coordination of freelancers/vendors when required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.
Required skill & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, client servicing, or educational/e-learning projects.
- Good understanding of K12 educational content workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EdTech, e-learning, or content development industry.
- Familiarity with LMS, digital learning projects, or curriculum development.
- Experience handling freelancers or cross-functional teams.
