Job Description: Senior Manager – Finishes
Role Summary:
Responsible for planning, execution, quality, and timely completion of all finishing works for a commercial project, ensuring alignment with design, safety, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all finishing works: flooring, ceilings, partitions, painting, façade interfaces, and fit-outs

Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and contractors

Ensure quality control, material approvals, and workmanship standards

Monitor schedules, contractor performance, and site execution

Close snag lists and support project handover
