Career Development Internship

Jyesta Corporate Entity is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as Career Development Intern. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive career guidance programs for interns across various disciplines, including Accounting & Taxation, Finance, Internet of Things (IoT), Data Science & Machine Learning, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, DevOps/Cloud, and HR Operations. Collaborate with hiring managers and internship coordinators to identify internship opportunities and align them with intern career aspirations. Provide individual career counseling and mentorship to interns, helping them define their career goals, explore potential career paths, and develop their professional skills. Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and networking events to enhance interns' professional development and industry knowledge. Develop and maintain career resources, including online platforms, job boards, and career guides, to support interns' job search and career exploration. Track and analyze intern career outcomes, providing feedback to stakeholders and continuously improving the internship program. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in career development and internship programs.
