About the role

JVNZ is a leading print-on-demand, customized imaging products fulfilment service provider based in Melbourne and Auckland, serving both AUS and NZ markets through B2B and B2C channels. A full-time permanent position of ICT in house support has become available. The main purpose of this role is to work with external IT providers to implement, maintain and support in house infrastructure and applications, assist with the delivery of new projects and product release, and assist partners and customers on problems and issues. To be successful in this role you will have: - Working knowledge of database theory and SQL - Basic knowledge of Web Applications and .Net development - Working knowledge of PHP language and HTML 5 - General knowledge in networking, subnets, dns, routers, gateway configurations. - General knowledge in cloud based services such as Azure or AWS - Demonstrable problem solving and communication skills You will have a basic level qualification in IT and an understanding of software development processes. Preference will be given to those who have achieved outstanding results in an Information System, Computer Science or Software Engineering educational setting. Practical experience in website development, or app development is also an advantage. Other requirements are: Eligible work in NZ Excellent English language skills - verbal and written.
