Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Jute Bag Trainer located in Ranchi. The Jute Bag Trainer will be responsible for conducting hands-on training sessions on the art of creating jute bags, guiding participants in design and production techniques, monitoring progress, and ensuring the quality of work. Additional tasks include preparing training materials, providing feedback to participants, and promoting best practices in jute bag production to ensure high standards. Collaboration with team members to achieve program goals will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in jute bag production, design techniques, and material handling
- Experience in implementing and delivering hands-on training programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and guide participants
- Ability to maintain quality control and ensure adherence to production standards
- Organizational and time-management skills for coordinating training sessions effectively
- Passion for community development and skill-building initiatives
- Prior experience in artisan training or a related field is an advantage
