We are looking for Junior to Mid-level Frontend Engineer to help us build our tools We're hiring for the Martech team at JustWatch, which is the combination of Marketing and Technology We focus on building our own marketing automation tools that help our campaign managers, saving them time, automating their work and even offering them possibilities that the marketing world does not yet have In addition, we also help other departments of the company also bringing them automation tools and facilitating their work, such as finance or sales Try out what you deploy instead of spending hours writing tests Take part in defining your own tasks instead of waiting for a PM to hand them out to you Take responsibility in your tasks, owning them end-to-end Over-communicate with stakeholders, users and your own team mates Consider yourself a solution-driven person that can understand your user and solve their problem Are proactive to find a solution, not necessarily the best one. If the best solution will take you three times longer to code it, it might not be the best solution Enjoy being around people. In JustWatch is is very important that you can integrate within the team, if you can't then you won't succeed here Building and improving our new Business Dashboard (React, Next.js), which is the main tool that helps our campaign managers Owning not only new features on the dashboard, but whole projects. Dealing with stakeholders and users at the same time Supporting cross team projects, dealing with developers from other teams when necessary Working directly with designers to find out the best UX and UI Helping to make the team better with your ideas

On top of this, it leveraged user data to run targeted movie marketing campaigns. However, in the 2020s, JustWatch introduces a significant upgrade. Following in the footsteps of Plex and Reelgood, users can now seamlessly search, access, and receive recommendations from all their streaming services within a single app. Remarkably, despite minimal external funding since its 2014 inception, JustWatch has expanded into approximately 60 markets with a team exceeding a hundred members. As the streaming services market becomes increasingly diverse and fragmented, JustWatch finds itself in a promising position to capitalize on these developments.
