Who we need

Do you live and breathe film, TV, or gaming? Want to work with industry giants like Universal Pictures and Paramount, building campaigns seen by millions of viewers across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand?

What will you be doing

  • 🚀 Launch and manage high-performing digital campaigns using our in-house tools.
  • 🎬 Work across a broad range of content – from indie titles and TV premieres to global theatrical releases.
  • 📊 Shape media strategies and handle budget planning – you’ll decide where and how to invest.
  • 🧠 Constantly optimise and innovate – bring fresh ideas to improve performance and tooling.
  • 🤝 Partner closely with Sales and Business Intelligence to drive exceptional results.
  • 🗨️ Act as the go-to contact for clients and agencies, ensuring smooth, effective collaboration.


What we need from you

  • 💼 3+ years of experience in paid digital marketing – hands-on and strategic.
  • 🛠️ Strong proficiency with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GDN, and Google Analytics. DV360 knowledge is a plus.
  • ✋ A proactive, self-starting attitude - you take ownership and follow through.
  • 💬 Excellent communication skills - especially in client-facing settings.
  • 🧠 You’re a quick learner who thrives on trying new things and pushing boundaries.
  • 🗣️ Native-level English fluency - essential for this role’s market focus (UK/AU/NZ).
  • 🎯 You’re outcome-driven and take pride in delivering quality.
  • 🏙️ You live in or are relocating to Berlin. We love the flexibility of hybrid work, but connection to the team matters.
