Technical Lead (Platform)

As a Technical Lead on the Platform team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the core services and tooling that power Juniper Square's product offerings. You'll work closely with engineering and product leadership to identify areas for improvement, drive architectural and design decisions, and ensure the team delivers high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Key responsibilities include: - Leading a team of talented backend engineers in building and supporting core platform services - Driving technical strategy and roadmap for the Platform team - Partnering with product and engineering leadership to identify and prioritize platform initiatives - Mentoring and developing engineers on the team to help them grow both technically and professionally - Participating in architectural design sessions and code reviews to ensure technical quality - Collaborating cross-functionally with other engineering teams to deliver seamless platform capabilities - Troubleshooting and resolving production issues in a timely manner
