Role Overview
RxDx Clinics is looking for a Junior WordPress Developer to handle hands-on WordPress website development and maintenance across multiple group entities. As part of a multifunctional, agile team, this role is suited for a fresher or early-career professional with strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Maintenance
- Maintain, update, and optimise multiple WordPress-based websites across group entities.
- Develop and modify website pages, landing pages, forms, and microsites for campaigns and service launches.
- Ensure websites are responsive, fast, secure, and compliant with best practices.
- Work with designers, content teams, and Marcom managers to implement layouts, UI updates, and functional enhancements.
- Integrate and manage plugins (forms, analytics, CRM, performance, security).
- Troubleshoot website issues related to performance, compatibility, or functionality.
- Build and customise pages using the Divi page builder, including Divi modules, sections, and rows.
Cross-Functional & Agile Collaboration
- Work within an agile Marcom environment alongside designers, content writers, performance marketers, clinicians, and operations teams.
- Support marketing campaigns across diagnostics, clinics, preventive health, and healthcare technology services.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of digital initiatives across entities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Masters in Computer Science, or a related field
- 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience (fresher/internship or project experience welcome) with WordPress (themes, plugins, page builders).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript.
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across projects.
- Clear communication skills and willingness to work in cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow within a healthcare-focused digital and web environment.
Good to Have
- Experience or keen interest in healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, or WordPress customisation.
- Familiarity with page speed optimisation tools and web accessibility guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with the Divi page builder (Elegant Themes) and Divi module customisation.
