Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior WordPress Developer role based in Thane City. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites, including both front-end and back-end development tasks. Daily responsibilities may include creating responsive web designs, implementing code updates, troubleshooting and fixing website issues, and collaborating with the design team to enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Skills in Front-End Development and Web Design, with an understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Back-End Web Development skills, such as working with PHP, MySQL, and integrating third-party APIs
- Experience in Responsive Web Design with a focus on ensuring websites are optimized for various devices
- Strong understanding of WordPress theme customization and plugin development
- Familiarity with SEO principles and website performance optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience with online directories or business listing platforms is an advantage
