Good Day Defence School is looking for a passionate, disciplined, and experienced Junior Wing Coordinator to lead the junior academic wing with strong leadership and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the smooth functioning of the Junior Wing.
- Ensure proper implementation of CBSE curriculum and academic standards.
- Guide and support teachers in academic planning and classroom management.
- Monitor student discipline, performance, and overall development.
- Coordinate with parents, staff, and school management effectively.
- Organize academic and co-curricular activities for students.
- Maintain academic quality and operational excellence.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. mandatory.
- Experience in CBSE schools is mandatory.
- Boarding school experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and team management abilities.
