Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Wedding Planner located in Bengaluru. The Junior Wedding Planner will assist in planning and coordinating wedding events, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction. Daily tasks include vendor management, budget tracking, coordination of event timelines, assisting with event décor setup, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The role involves hands-on support during event days and requires close collaboration with the planning and design team to achieve client visions.
Qualifications
- Experience or skills in Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning
- Strong skills in Budgeting and resource allocation
- Proficiency in Customer Service with an emphasis on communication and relationship-building
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Organized and proactive with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in decor production
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, as required
- Previous experience in wedding planning or event management is preferred but not mandatory
