Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Visualiser based in Ahmedabad. The Junior Visualiser will assist in creating visually compelling concepts, designs, and layouts for advertising campaigns tailored to the Tier 2, Tier 3, and rural markets. Key responsibilities include brainstorming with the creative team, designing innovative visuals, supporting the development of digital and print materials, collaborating to ensure brand consistency, and staying updated on relevant trends. The role involves working closely with senior designers, art directors, and copywriters to execute visual storytelling that connects with our target audiences.
Qualifications
- Graphic Design, Typography, and Visual Communication skills
- Competence in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Understanding of branding, advertising, and marketing principles
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into creative visual representations
- Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of rural and semi-urban market trends is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Passion for creativity and innovation with attention to detail
