We are seeking a dynamic and creative storyteller to join our team at YBS Digital as a Junior Visual Designer. In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind our eye-catching visuals. You will play a key part in shaping our visual communication by working closely with the founder to conceptualize and create impactful content across formats, ranging from social media creatives and marketing presentations to reels and explainer videos. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content ideas and bringing them to life (Video, Audio and Images). This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for candidates with 0–1 year of experience in graphic design and basic video editing who are eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.
What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities):
- Design: Craft stunning graphic elements for various marketing materials, including social media posts, presentations, website elements, and more.
- Create motion graphics: Create captivating video content, including explainers, product demos, and social media videos.
- Video editing: Take raw footage and weave it into seamless, engaging stories with your video editing expertise.
- Brand identity: Ensure a consistent and impactful visual brand identity is maintained across all marketing materials.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest design and video editing trends and tools.
- Team player: Collaborate closely with the founder & marketing team on creative strategy and planning.
- Leverage AI tools: Efficiently use AI-powered design, video, and content tools to speed up creative production without compromising quality.
- Coordination: Coordinate internally and externally by keeping the content calendar up to date, sharing design/video drafts, getting client approvals and posting content on social media.
The Skills We Seek (Your Superpowers):
- 0 to 1 year of experience in graphic design and video creation.
- Experience with tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Firefly, Adobe Express, etc.)
- A keen eye for design and a passion for visual storytelling.
- The ability to translate complex ideas into clear and visually captivating content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude – we're all about good vibes!
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to top-notch quality.
Bonus Points:
