Role: Junior Visual Content & Styling Associate

This role blends visual storytelling, styling support, and content operations. The ideal candidate is visually sharp, detail-oriented, and deeply tuned into fashion aesthetics and digital culture. You will work across daily content execution, archive building, and on-ground shoot support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Coordination
- Assist in building and maintaining content calendars across campaigns and social media
- Coordinate between creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure timely execution
- Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across multiple projects
2. Trend Analysis & Content Insights
- Monitor and analyze emerging trends across Instagram, Pinterest, and short-form video platforms
- Identify relevant formats, audio trends, styling directions, and visual patterns for the brand
- Translate trend insights into actionable content ideas aligned with brand positioning
- Work closely with the creative team to adapt trends into original, non-generic executions
- Track performance of content (engagement, reach, saves) to refine future strategies
3. Shoot & Production Operations
- Support end-to-end shoot coordination: scheduling, logistics, and vendor follow-ups
- Ensure readiness of garments, props, and references prior to shoots
- Act as an on-ground operations anchor during shoots
4. Creative Asset Management
- Organize, catalogue, and maintain all photo/video assets across drives and platforms
- Ensure proper naming conventions, version control, and accessibility
- Archive past campaigns systematically for easy retrieval
5. Shoot & Styling Support
- Assist in catalogue shoots and filler reels
- Support styling for large-scale shoots (under senior stylists)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external collaborators on shoot days
6. Social Media Execution Support
- Assist in scheduling and publishing content across platforms
- Ensure alignment between planned content and actual uploads
- Coordinate captions, creatives, and approvals with the team
7. Mood-boarding & Creative Support
- Support in creating mood-boards, references, and visual decks
- Translate briefs into structured references for shoots and campaigns
- Continuously feed trend insights into moodboards and ideation
