A skilled Lead Video Producer is required, preferably someone with strong content sense and the ability to produce videos using both available and self-sourced material. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience will be considered. The ideal candidate should be capable of researching, scripting, producing, and basic editing if required. The candidate will also be responsible for converting long-form videos into shorts, engaging videos with compelling headlines to increase video output, and improving audience engagement. YouTube and social media experience of at least 2-5 years is a must. Candidates with experience handling clients of various sectors will be highly recommended. The Budget for the role is 6LPA
The Video Producer will be responsible for
* Strategizing content as per the client's requirements.
* End-to-end delivery of content
* YouTube content and channel optimisation.
* Generate news and lives for our internal news property.
* Work closely with the video team and implement new ideas to fine-tune content delivery.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
* Must have 3-5 years of experience with digital knowledge.
* Must have at least 3-5 years of experience on YouTube and content knowledge
* Research content that matches the thought and ideology of our clients.
* Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, and video editing software like Adobe Premiere, FCP
