About The Opportunity
We operate within the media and entertainment sector in India, focusing on content creation and digital media production. Our company is dedicated to delivering compelling visual content for various platforms, catering to a diverse client base. We are seeking a passionate Junior Video Editor to join our on-site team and contribute to our creative projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in editing video content for digital platforms, ensuring content meets quality standards and client specifications.
- Collaborate with senior editors and content creators to organize and assemble raw footage into polished videos.
- Implement basic color correction and sound editing to enhance video quality.
- Manage and maintain organized archives of media assets for efficient workflow.
- Support the team in preparing content for publishing, including exporting and encoding videos.
- Participate in creative meetings, offering input on editing techniques and content improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics
- Understanding of camera operation and video formats
- Attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work on-site effectively
- Preferred
- Experience with color grading and sound editing
- Knowledge of social media video specifications
