We handle everything from high-end cinematography to high-volume social media content for brands, Coporates, Agency and Firm. We are looking for someone to join our core team We are process-led, growth-focused, and looking for an editor who wants to scale with us.
Responsibilities
● High-Volume Content: Edit professional Reels/Shorts, cinematic, long form videos for our clients.
● Cinematic Storytelling: Create high-energy, high-quality promotional videos for brands.
● End-to-End Post-Production: Handle rough cuts, sound design, basic color grading, and advanced motion graphics.
● Engagement-First Editing: Master the art of "The Hook"—using captions, B-roll, and transitions to maximize viewer retention.
● AI Integration: Utilize modern AI tools to speed up workflows for captions, noise removal, and asset management.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Software: Basic proficiency in software like Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, Capcut, etc
● Speed & Reliability: Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising on the "Velari quality."
● Style: Understanding of modern social media trends, pacing, and rhythm.
● Organization: Must maintain clean project files and organized asset libraries.
● Communication: Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly.
● Salary : As per Market (This can be discussed during the call with our team by the candidates)
Work Location : Mahalaxmi, Mumbai
Work Mode : Work From Office (6 Days in a week)
Work Experience : 0-2 Years of Experience
Selection Process
1. Round 1: Telephonic Pre-screening (Eligibility & Culture fit).
2. Round 2: Remote Technical Test (Portfolio review + Skill-based test assignment).
3. Round 3: Final Interview with Founder & HR.
