About the Role :
We are looking for a creative and growth-oriented Junior Video Editor who is passionate about
creating scroll-stopping digital content. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on
exposure, real creative responsibility, and the opportunity to grow quickly in a fast-paced
environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Edit high-performing Reels, Shorts, and social media videos
● Perform color correction and basic grading to enhance visual quality
● Ensure crisp and professional audio output
● Develop content that is not only visually appealing but strategically aligned for
engagement
● Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm content ideas
● Stay updated with trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes
Additional Exposure:
You will gain direct experience in working for big brands and film promotion campaigns, including opportunities to visit sets and work on promotional content.
Eligibility & Requirements
● Fresher and candidates with 1=2 years of experience in video editing , including recent college graduates/pass-outs.
● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / After effects / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro (or equivalent
software)
● Strong design sense and understanding of social media content psychology
● Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
● Must have own laptop
● Ambitious, proactive, and growth-driven mindset
● Candidate must from Chennai or ready to relocate to onsite location
Compensation:
● Junior-Level Package: ₹2 LPA
