What You’ll Do
- Edit podcasts, interviews, event videos, and brand films - rough cut to final delivery
- Manage pacing, dialogue, and content flow
- Add graphics, lower thirds, and on-screen text; handle basic audio mixing and colour grading
- Maintain clean file organisation and deliver to platform specs across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Take feedback well, revise efficiently, and occasionally push back with a better idea
- Ensure high-quality output that aligns with brand voice and tone.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of real editing experience - agency, studio, or freelance
- Podcast editing experience - multi-cam, audiograms, chapter-based cuts
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; DaVinci Resolve is a bonus
- A genuine understanding of long-form storytelling
- Familiarity with social media repurposing, taking long-form content and knowing how to clip it intelligently
- A portfolio showcasing your best work
- Based in Bengaluru or ready to relocate immediately
Nice to have
- Some After Effects or motion graphics ability
- Understanding of YouTube SEO
- Agency or production environment experience
