Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalyani for a Junior Video Editor. The Junior Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into polished video projects, applying color grading to enhance visual appeal, adding motion graphics, and collaborating with the team to create high-quality content. The role involves working across diverse projects, meeting deadlines, and contributing to the creative process by implementing innovative ideas.
🎥 What You’ll Do
- Edit engaging videos for social media, ads, and brand campaigns.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos
- Collaborate on ad campaigns, branding projects, YouTube content, and social media visuals
- Work on diverse niches:
- YouTube & vlogging content
- Corporate branding for offline companies
- Wedding films & event videos
- Enhance storytelling with motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Video Editing and a solid understanding of Video Production
- Experience in Video Color Grading to enhance visuals
- Knowledge of Motion Graphics and the ability to create engaging visual elements
- Familiarity with Graphics to enhance the visual storytelling process
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under deadlines in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar tools
- Experience in post-production or a related field is a plus
- Certification in Media Production, Filmmaking, Visual Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
