What You'll Do
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for ads, reels, YouTube, and branded campaigns
- Cut raw footage into polished, engaging videos with pacing suited for performance marketing
- Add motion text, graphics, transitions, and audio sync to elevate production quality
- Work closely with creative directors and strategists to bring scripts and storyboards to life
- Repurpose content across formats and platforms efficiently
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of video editing experience, preferably in a marketing or agency environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro
- Working knowledge of After Effects for basic motion graphics
- Strong sense of pacing, visual storytelling, and audio balancing
- Reliable internet connection, self-starter attitude, and comfort working in a remote-first team
Bonus Points
- Experience editing UGC or creator content for paid ads
- Exposure to short-form content trends on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
