We're Hiring | Video Editor
Aerion Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Video Editor (1–3 Years Experience) to join our in-house marketing team in Pune.
We are looking for someone with strong editing skills who can transform raw footage into compelling marketing content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete post-production workflow and delivering content optimized for different social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit promotional, product demonstration, corporate, and social media videos.
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Edit long-form videos for YouTube, presentations, and product launches.
- Sync and enhance voice-overs, background music, subtitles, and captions.
- Perform color correction, basic color grading, motion graphics, transitions, and visual enhancements.
- Source and integrate stock footage, graphics, icons, and royalty-free music where required.
- Create platform-specific video formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, etc.).
- Design basic thumbnails and video cover images.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute content calendars and campaign requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining brand consistency across all content.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of professional experience as a Video Editor.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Good understanding of video composition, pacing, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Experience editing content for social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio or showreel showcasing previous work.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of camera handling and video production workflows.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools is an added advantage.
- Experience editing technology, industrial, automotive, or product-related videos will be preferred.
