Role: Junior Video & Graphic Designer
Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Content Creation
* Edit engaging short-form and long-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and ads
* Create visually appealing travel, lifestyle, and hospitality content aligned with the Stay Ukiyo brand aesthetic
* Assist in shooting behind-the-scenes content, property walkthroughs, campaign videos, and event coverage
* Add transitions, music, subtitles, motion graphics, and effects to enhance content quality
* Optimize videos for different social media formats and platforms
Graphic Design
* Design social media creatives, stories, thumbnails, brochures, presentations, banners, and marketing collaterals
* Create visually cohesive brand assets while maintaining luxury and premium aesthetics
* Work closely with the marketing and social media team on campaign creatives and launches
* Assist in designing creatives for influencer collaborations, events, and partnerships
Brand & Creative Support
* Stay updated with design, social media, and editing trends
* Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity
* Organize and maintain creative assets, templates, and project files
* Collaborate with creators, photographers, influencers, and the internal team to execute creative concepts

Skills & Qualifications
* 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or content creation
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
* Basic understanding of motion graphics and video storytelling
* Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, composition, and social media trends
* Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Interest in travel, hospitality, luxury, and lifestyle content
* Photography and videography skills are a plus
