Job Title: Junior UI/UX Designer

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In
this role, you will be responsible for designing seamless, user-friendly, and visually
compelling experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with
cross-functional teams to transform complex data into intuitive and engaging interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
1. UI/UX Design
-Design clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile
applications.
-Create visually engaging designs that align with brand identity and user needs.
2. User Research & Experience Strategy
-Conduct user research to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points.
-Develop user personas, journey maps, and workflows to guide design decisions.
3. Wireframing & Prototyping
-Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design
concepts effectively.
-Validate ideas through usability testing and feedback sessions.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
-Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure
successful implementation of designs.
-Maintain consistency across platforms through design systems and style guides.
5. Continuous Improvement
-Analyze user feedback, product data, and performance metrics to improve usability
and engagement.
-Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas into the
product.
6. Accessibility & Usability
-Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and provide inclusive experiences for all
users.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
-1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design. Experience in the sports tech or analytics
industry is a plus.
-Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
platforms.
-Strong understanding of responsive design, visual design principles, and
user-centered design methodologies.
-Experience conducting user research, usability testing, persona creation, and journey
mapping.
-Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-Passion for sports, technology, and creating impactful user experiences.
