Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior User Experience Designer, based in Chennai. The Junior User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, implementing design thinking methodologies, and creating effective user experiences. Day-to-day tasks include crafting wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize user interfaces and interactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research to understand user needs and create user-centered solutions.
- Strong expertise in User Experience (UX) design, including creating wireframes, workflows, and user journeys.
- Experience in Visual Design, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Hands-on skills in Prototyping to build interactive and responsive design mockups.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.
- Any experience or familiarity with healthcare-related design is considered a plus.
