🚀 Now Hiring: Junior IT Recruiter (Night Shift – PST)
We are seeking a talented Junior IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll play a key part in fulfilling our US IT recruitment needs, working independently and collaboratively to identify, attract, and place exceptional candidates in IT positions.
🔹 Role Highlights
• End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Build strong candidate & client relationships
• Source via job boards, LinkedIn & outreach
• Work with ATS and meet hiring goals
🎯 Who Can Apply
• 1-2 year of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong communication, multitasking & MS Office skills
• CS Degree preferred with knowledge of IT technologies (Java, C++, SQL, etc.)
• Willingness to work night shifts (PST)
📍 Location: Onsite – Saravanampatti, Coimbatore
🕘 Shift: Night Shift (PST) | Mon–Fri
