Urban World Consulting (OPC) Private Limited is looking for a motivated Junior Urban Designer to join our team and contribute to urban development, public space design, streetscape and mobility projects. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct site analysis, surveys and mapping.
• Prepare urban design drawings and proposals.
• Develop 3D models and visualisations.
• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Assist with Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.
• Support stakeholder coordination and participate in site visits.
Qualifications and Skills
• A qualification in Urban Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and/or Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, GIS, Excel, PowerPoint and rendering software.
• Strong design, communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn.
