Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior UI/UX Designer located in Mumbai and Delhi. The Junior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user needs. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering visual design assets. The role requires close attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging user experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research to understand user needs and create effective solutions
- Strong skills in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) to craft intuitive and appealing interfaces
- Experience with Prototyping tools and techniques to create interactive and functional design mockups
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to feedback
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a portfolio showcasing past design work
