ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer (1+ year experience) who enjoys both designing user interfaces and supporting their implementation. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on exposure to real-world products, MVPs, and modern UI workflows.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Design responsive websites, landing pages, and product interfaces
• Create wireframes, UI screens, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Framer, and Canva
• Work with design systems, Figma Variables, and design tokens for colors, typography, spacing, and components
• Support UI/UX engineering with basic HTML/CSS and design-to-code workflows
• Translate designs into developer-ready layouts, components, and token-aligned specifications
• Use AI-powered design tools (Figma AI, Framer AI, Uizard, Galileo AI) to speed up workflows
• Apply UX best practices for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness
• Participate in usability testing and iterative design improvements
• Help maintain scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and token libraries
• Optimize UI for performance and conversion
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 1+ year experience in UI/UX or product design roles
• Strong working knowledge of Figma (Framer/Canva is a plus)
• Understanding of design systems and token-based design (colors, spacing, typography variables)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design
• Good understanding of UX fundamentals and user flows
• Interest in UI/UX engineering and modern design workflows
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools or willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX work is required
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience with Framer, Webflow, or similar tools
• Basic JavaScript knowledge
• Experience using Figma Variables, design tokens, or syncing design systems with development
• Understanding of accessibility and SEO-friendly UI
• Interest in SaaS or startup environments
