Role Description
The Junior UI/UX role at Bgain Gateway Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the team member will assist in designing intuitive user interfaces, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile products. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and developers, translating user requirements into user-centered designs, and refining layouts, visuals, and interactions based on feedback and usability insights. The role also involves supporting user research efforts, maintaining design systems and style guides, and ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints. The Junior UI/UX professional will contribute to continuous improvement of user experience and interface quality across projects.
Qualifications
- Strong user interface and user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED) and Visual Design.
- Ability to create effective wireframes, Mockups, and interactive Prototyping for web and mobile interfaces.
- Basic understanding of Front-End Development concepts to collaborate efficiently with engineering teams.
- Proficiency with standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar).
- Good grasp of design principles, usability best practices, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and a user-centered mindset.
- Relevant academic background in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, including examples of problem-solving, design process, and final outcomes.
