A Single Platform for Loans | Securities | MSRs | Private Credit is Looking for:
Job Overview:
As a Junior Java/JSF/PrimeFaces/JavaScript Developer, you will
contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using
Java, JavaServer Faces (JSF), and PrimeFaces for UI components. You will support
front-end interactivity using JavaScript and work with UI libraries like Highcharts, AG
Grid, and Wijmo. This role is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in
component-based UI development within an enterprise financial technology
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using Java, JSF, and
PrimeFaces for UI components.
Build and support interactive front-end features using JavaScript, integrated
with JSF and PrimeFaces.
Collaborate with senior developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers
to implement new features and enhancements under guidance.
Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following established team
standards.
Participate in troubleshooting and debugging issues across the front-end
stack with support from senior team members.
Document development work, code changes, and integration details clearly.
Actively learn and stay current with best practices in Java, JSF, PrimeFaces,
and JavaScript development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or
equivalent experience).
0–2 years of experience in software development, with exposure to Java and
web application development.
Basic familiarity with JSF and/or PrimeFaces is a plus willingness to learn is
essential.
Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
principles.
Familiarity with RESTful API concepts and AJAX.
Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic build tools (e.g.,
Maven or Gradle).
Foundational understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
Eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail, and ability to work
collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Any academic or project-based exposure to Highcharts, AG Grid, or Wijmo for
data visualization or grid components.
Coursework or hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks
(e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).
Awareness of Spring Boot or microservices concepts.
Basic familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized deployment environments
is a plus.
Interest in UI/UX design principles and user experience.
Familiarity with web security basics and performance considerations.
