- Collaborate with the sales team to design unique and tailored holiday packages for clients
- Create detailed travel itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Maintain and update database of client information and travel preferences

- Assist in marketing efforts, including creating content for social media and promotional materials
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients before, during, and after their trips
