Role Description
We are looking for a Junior Travel Consultant for a full-time on-site role in Coimbatore. Key responsibilities include assisting clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, managing travel-related inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination of reservations. The role involves supporting travel management operations and ensuring client satisfaction by recommending tailored travel packages and solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating customized travel solutions
- Proficiency in coordinating Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail, effective organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines
- Proficiency in travel booking systems or tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Passion for travel and a client-centric mindset are desirable
- Fluent English is preffered
- Hindi (Added advantage)
