Job Description
Responsible for end-to-end management of customized events for People Matters clients, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and high client satisfaction.
The role involves engaging with senior HR leaders, CHROs, and C-suite executives to drive participation, curate event agendas, and onboard relevant speakers. It also includes managing key accounts, overseeing project execution, operations, client servicing, and delegate acquisition.
The individual will work closely with sales to identify business opportunities, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth delivery, and partner with clients to design impactful engagement initiatives that enhance brand visibility and ensure long-term retention

Designation: Junior to Mid Level - Project Management and Community Relations (Customised Initiatives)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing projects (Customized events) for People Matters clients.
- Reaching out to Senior HR leaders from different organisations to invite them to our events and different initiatives organised by People Matters. Reaching out to C-Suite executives, CHROs of Top companies to build relationships and invite them to our exclusive sessions.
- Work on the content and agenda plan for the session, and reach out to key speakers accordingly for the session.
- Managing key accounts and taking care of Project Execution, Operation, Client Servicing and Delegate acquisition for different projects.
- Working closely with the sales team and helping them identify the business opportunity.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and other stakeholders.
- Responsible for Customer satisfaction and client retention.

- Demonstrable expertise in managing and delivering large-scale conferences with senior leaders as attendees
- Expresses ideas & information in an accurate, relevant and timely manner with good negotiation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
