Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai for a Junior to Mid Level Architect. The role involves collaborating with the design and project teams to develop creative design concepts and architectural plans for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and retail spaces. Daily responsibilities include preparing drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation, conducting site visits, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met. The architect will also contribute to material selection, design presentations, and the overall success of each project.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to prepare technical drawings, 3D models, and architectural presentations
- Knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, finishes, and building materials
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for client interactions and team coordination
- Experience with site visits, project management, and coordinating with contractors
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- A degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience in sustainable and innovative design practices is a plus
