Role Description
The Junior Telesales Executive is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving sales and generating leads through direct communication with customers. Key responsibilities include reaching out to potential and existing clients, providing customer service, addressing inquiries, and identifying opportunities to close sales. The role requires maintaining accurate records of interactions, collaborating with the sales team, and proactively contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales to identify prospects and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Support skills to resolve inquiries and provide helpful solutions in a professional manner.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining organized and detailed records.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales techniques is a plus.
- Previous experience in the agricultural or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
