Technical Project Manager Location: On-site – Greater Bengaluru Area
Type: Full-Time
We are hiring a Technical Project Manager (0–2 years experience) to support the successful execution of software development projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are enthusiastic about project ownership, working with cross-functional teams, and growing into a leadership position in tech project management.
Role OverviewAs a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee day-to-day project activities, manage project timelines, collaborate with developers, designers, and testers, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time. You’ll gain hands-on experience in agile practices and software delivery while growing your leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage end-to-end project delivery across teams and clients with guidance.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, QA, and product owners to define project scope, schedules, and deliverables.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and ensure timely execution.
- Create and maintain project documentation including plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or blockers early.
- Lead or assist in agile ceremonies — sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), resource allocation, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure alignment between stakeholders through clear communication and documentation.
- Participate in discussions related to SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps processes.
- Assist in managing scope changes and driving quality outcomes with minimal rework.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a project management or software-related role (internships or academic projects acceptable).
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
- Interest in modern tech stacks such as MERN, Java Spring Boot, Python, AWS, or DevOps practices.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn, curiosity to ask the right questions, and a proactive mindset.
Nice to Have- Internship or academic project experience in project coordination or development.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Scrum Fundamentals (not mandatory, but an advantage).
- Exposure to SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, or basic software testing and delivery principles.
