Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Manager to support creator management, brand
partnerships, and campaign execution. This is an on-site & full-time role based out of Mumbai.
Your Day-To-Day (Key Responsibilities)
- Support creator communication and day-to-day management
- Coordinate campaign requirements and timelines
- Assist in brand outreach and partnership opportunities
- Maintain campaign trackers and reports
- Liaise with creators, agencies, and brands
- Support negotiations and proposal creation
- Stay updated on creator and platform trends
You (The Person we’re looking for)
- 0-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or related fields
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about social media and digital content
