Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role requires managing the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet company hiring needs. The Specialist will also play a key role in employer branding initiatives and collaborate with hiring managers to develop strategies for acquiring top talent. Other responsibilities include developing job descriptions, managing job postings, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
