Role Overview
We are looking for 1-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Recruitment and Staff Augmenting , primarily focused on client-based hiring across multiple industries and functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in LinkedIn Boolean search techniques and must be proficient in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques on LinkedIn and other hiring platforms to identify top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with recurring client hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop attractive job descriptions.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Track, maintain, and report recruitment progress through metrics to ensure hiring efficiency and quality delivery.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to client-based hiring.

- Strong expertise in Boolean search and other sourcing methods across various platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or client handling roles is preferred.
- Remote work experience is a plus.
