Role Description
This full-time on-site role, located in Ahmedabad, is an opportunity for a Junior Talent Acquisition Associate to contribute to the success of Vrinsoft Technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full life cycle of recruitment, sourcing and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs, coordinating interview processes, maintaining communication with candidates, and supporting the recruitment activities to attract the best professionals. The associate will work closely with the HR team to build an exceptional workforce aligned with the company’s goals and values.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and effective Recruitment tactics
- Expertise in Hiring and Interviewing techniques
- Exceptional Communication skills to build and manage professional relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
