Hiring: Network & IT Engineer
We’re looking for a skilled **Network & IT Engineer** to manage and support our office IT infrastructure, networking systems, and communication platforms. If you enjoy solving technical challenges and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, this role is for you!
**🔧 Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and maintain office network infrastructure (routers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, internal connectivity)
* Configure and troubleshoot routing, NAT, VLANs, and firewall policies
* Support and maintain VoIP and IP-PBX systems (SIP trunks, GSM gateways)
* Diagnose network and call-quality issues; coordinate with ISPs and vendors
* Implement and maintain network security best practices
* Monitor system performance, logs, and uptime
* Provide end-user IT support (laptops, desktops, printers, network access)
* Handle IT onboarding and offboarding processes
* Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation
* Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and connectivity
**✅ Required Skills & Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in networking, systems, or IT operations
* Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, NAT, and firewalls
* Basic understanding of VoIP and SIP-based communication systems
* Hands-on experience with routers/firewalls (MikroTik, FortiGate, or similar)
* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
**⭐ Preferred Qualifications**
* Networking or security certifications
* Experience with IP-PBX systems and GSM gateways
* Basic knowledge of Linux or Windows system administration
* Exposure to cloud-based services
