Role Description
Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting in the resolution of customer concerns, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely updates to clients. The Junior Support Executive will work closely with the support team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and align with the company's service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions efficiently.
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping for customer interactions and issue resolution.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and systems is preferred.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple client requests effectively.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
