About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and dynamic Junior STEM Trainer to deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences for students from K–12. The role involves supporting innovation-driven education through practical sessions, mentoring student projects, and assisting in the smooth execution of STEM programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Session Delivery● Conduct STEM sessions for K–12 students in an interactive and experiential learning environment
● Assist in delivering curriculum across domains such as:
○ Arduino & Embedded Systems
○ Raspberry Pi Applications
○ Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
○ Drone Technology
○ 3D Printing & Prototyping
○ Internet of Things (IoT)
○ Coding & Programming
2. Student Mentorship & Project Guidance● Mentor students in building innovative projects and prototypes
● Guide students for participation in competitions, exhibitions, and hackathons
● Support idea validation, problem-solving, and execution of student projects
3. Lab & Inventory Management● Maintain STEM lab equipment and ensure proper usage
● Manage inventory including kits, components, and tools
● Ensure safety protocols and organization within the lab
4. Coordination & Curriculum Support● Work closely with Senior STEM Trainers for session planning and delivery
● Assist in curriculum execution and ensure alignment with learning outcomes
● Support in organizing workshops, events, and innovation programs
5. Operational Support● Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of STEM sessions
● Track student progress and maintain basic reports
● Provide feedback for curriculum and program improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Education, or related field
Technical Skills● Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in:
○ Arduino / Raspberry Pi
○ IoT and Embedded Systems
○ AI & Machine Learning fundamentals
○ Programming (Python / Scratch / C / JavaScript)
○ 3D Printing & CAD basics
○ Drone technology
Soft Skills● Strong communication and presentation skills
● Passion for teaching and working with school students
● Problem-solving and creative thinking ability
● Team player with a proactive attitude
