Role Description
The Junior Spot Sales Manager will focus on selling logistics and transportation services, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating spot contracts. Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, tracking market trends for strategic growth, creating tailored service solutions, and working with internal teams to meet client requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development within logistics or transportation services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for engaging with clients and closing deals
- Analytical skills to track market trends and create data-driven strategies
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure service delivery excellence
- Proficiency in maintaining client relationships and customer satisfaction
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and be flexible with travel needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the logistics industry is advantageous but not mandatory
