Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Junior Spot Sales Manager. The Junior Spot Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, negotiating rates, and finalizing spot sales deals. The role entails building strong client relationships, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will also maintain sales records, provide regular reporting, and support wider sales team objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with an ability to close deals effectively
- Market analysis and research capabilities to identify and seize opportunities
- Strong communication, customer relationship management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is an advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
