About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive
Junior Solution Specialist to join our Customer Success (CSM) team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher who wants to build a career in client handling, solution support, and project coordination. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in client coordination and maintain clear communication regarding project updates
- Support bot monitoring activities and perform basic troubleshooting
- Identify and escalate technical or operational issues to relevant internal teams
- Help prepare documentation, reports, and status updates
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns
- Maintain records of client interactions and project progress
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in B.Tech (IT/CE)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of technology and automation tools (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
