Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Software Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing concepts and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues
• Execute test cases and report results clearly
• Work closely with developers and senior testers to resolve defects
• Assist in regression testing and re-testing after fixes
• Ensure software quality and functionality before release

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Software Testing concepts
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Familiarity with manual testing techniques
• Basic knowledge of bug tracking tools (Jira or similar)
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to learn automation testing is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)
• 0 to 2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
